The inception of Cafal Advisors resulted from the common shared vision of providing focused impact oriented solutions in the workforce development space. The idea of Cafal was conceptualized in late 2020 and the we started full-scale operations in early 2021.

Founder Partner
Saurabh is a development sector professional having 12+ years of experience in the skills and livelihood space working with clients across Asia, Europe and Africa. He is an alumnus of HEC Paris and IIT Roorkee. He carries extensive prior experience of working with leading global management consulting firms undertaking large-scale growth strategy , program implementation and monitoring assignments. In addition to his passion for making a positive change in the society through his work , Saurabh is an avid trekker and a travel blogger. Founder Partner
Nagendra is a consulting professional carrying 10+ years of experience in executing strategy and implementation projects across development and corporate sector. He is an alumnus of SDA Bocconi and IIT Roorkee. He has previously worked with leading global consulting firms and multilateral organisations such as Deloitte, World Bank, UNDP across growth and development sector projects. Apart from this, Nagendra is an experimental cook, karaoke enthusiast and an avid trekker.
Project Consultant
Vijay brings in extensive experience in implementation of Skill development programs in Uttarakhand. He has graduated from University of Rajasthan. He currently looks at skill development sector projects across state ITIs. In his free time he loves to travel and is passionate about working towards addressing the skills and employment related challenges in the country
Development Analyst
Prabhat is a MBA graduate from UPES Dehradun and is working towards strengthening Cafal’s research capability. He is an enthusiastic young professional focused towards working in understanding and analysing the skills, employment and workforce development ecosystem.
In a short span, Cafal is a recognized player in the startup ecosystem.
